Since its inception in 1999, this event has raised over £7m, with renowned chefs like Tom Kerridge, Jeremy Lee, Elliott Grover and Jean-Philippe Blondet among those participating this year. TRY A NEW SPOT:

Lolo

When José Pizarro arrived in London in 1998, the city's Spanish food scene was almost non-existent. Now, in his adopted home, he has five restaurants, with his newest venture, Lolo, opening on his home turf of Bermondsey – next door to his flagship José Tapas Bar. Lolo encompasses the best parts of Spanish dining culture: casual, convivial vibes, sharing plates and great wines. Breakfast is available early morning to 5pm, offering eggs as-you-like with sides of cured salmon and more. Lunch is sandwiches, pastries and sweet treats, with notable mentions including the ‘Bikini’ (cheese, Jamón 5J and truffle); salt cod with roasted fennel, chilli and orange; Ibérico pork ribs; boards of fish (tinned and cured), charcuterie and cheeses; and figs paired with honey ice-cream.
