Teal By Sally Abé

After years at the helm of some of London’s most respected kitchens – including The Harwood Arms and The Pem – Sally Abé has opened her first solo venture in Hackney. Set on Wilton Way, Teal by Sally Abé marks a confident return to the capital, with a menu rooted in modern British bistro cooking. Dishes lean seasonal and ingredient-led, from indulgent devils on horseback to Dorset crab royale and rich haunch of deer, alongside playful desserts like marmalade ice cream sandwiches and penny licks. Ministry Of Sound Games

In an unexpected but compelling twist, Ministry of Sound is swapping late-night raving for high-energy fitness. The Ministry Of Sound Games turns the club into an immersive workout arena, where teams compete across a series of physically demanding zones – all soundtracked by DJs and powered by the venue’s signature lighting and audio set-up. Equal parts gym session and night out, it ends with a social wind-down that feels more post-party than post-workout (even if your muscles say otherwise).
