Antony & Cleopatra
The Globe’s new production of Antony & Cleopatra is the first bilingual English/British Sign Language production on the main stage of a major British theatre for a full-length run. Deaf actor Nadia Nadarajah has been a regular on the Globe’s stage in recent years, and here she’ll be taking on one of Shakespeare’s most beloved heroines. John Hollingworth (1917, The Queen’s Gambit, Poldark) will be starring opposite as Mark Antony, helping tell the tale of one of history’s greatest love affairs and the fallout it causes. Tickets start from £5, with gallery seats from £75.

Ballet-inspired fitness brand Barrecorre is hosting a barre and brunch event this weekend at Marylebone’s Treehouse hotel. Attendees will take part in Barrecorre’s iconic BarreSIGNATURE class, a full-body workout that combines bodyweight resistance with light weights and high repetitions. Then, once they’ve worked up an appetite, guests will be treated to a sharing style brunch at Madera, the hotel’s Cali-Mexican restaurant on the 15th floor with treetop views of the city. Dishes include freshly baked pastries, avocado toast with poached eggs and heirloom tomatoes, as well as coconut parfait with fresh berries. Tickets cost £49pp for the class and brunch.

Trishna
From now until the end of August, Michelin-starred Indian restaurant Trishna in Marylebone is celebrating Kerala – India's southernmost state. Executive Chef Sajeev Nair, a native of the region, has created a special lunch and early evening menu (£50 for 3 courses, £55 for 4 courses) featuring Keralan ingredients, including seafood, spices and coconut. Highlights include soft shell crab with green chili and tomato chutney, short ribs with coconut and pickled shallots, and prawn curry served with fluffy rice and a selection of chutneys – with paired drinks like the zingy pineapple and Tanqueray cocktail.

Angel Hartnett is one of the UK’s most talented chefs and restaurateurs. If you haven’t eaten at her Michelin-starred Murano restaurant yet, now’s your chance as it’s launched a set lunch menu. Throughout August, diners can enjoy two courses for £50, and £55 for three. Pick from a selection of summer dishes like tuna tartare with citrus dressing, soft herbs and crispy capers; baked plaice fillet with black olive, tomato and pine nut caponata; pork shoulder with apricots and fresh almonds; and poached apricots diplomat or a dark chocolate tart with lavender ice cream to finish. Plus, diners will be greeted with a lemon and jasmine spritz on arrival, and tea, coffee and petit fours to finish.
