CELEBRATE BURNS NIGHT:
The Wolseley
For one night only, traditional Scottish fare will be served at London institution The Wolseley in honour of the famed poet Robert Burns. Guests will start with a warming bowl of cullen skink – a creamy soup made with haddock and potatoes – followed by a plate of haggis, neeps and tatties, finishing up with a sweet cranachan. It wouldn’t be Burns Night without whisky, so there’s a special cocktail menu featuring The Singleton 12yr-based tipples. Never a venue to do things by half, The Wolseley has also asked the Pipes and Drums of London Scottish Regiment to put on a show, clad in their distinctive Hodden Grey tartan.
