RIXO Sample Sale

Clear your diary: RIXO’s cult-favourite sample sale is back. Taking over their Westbourne Grove store for five days, expect seriously covetable past-season pieces, never-before-seen samples and one-off styles – all at a fraction of the usual price. Early birds can book access to Wednesday and Thursday’s ticketed 7am slots (£10), but from 10am onwards, it’s walk-ins only. Sizes 6-22 are available (including a few limited bridal pieces), and stock will be topped up throughout the day – so it’s worth popping back more than once.

BAO Turns 10

To celebrate a decade of dreamy Taiwanese buns, BAO is throwing it back to 2014 with original pricing. Until 10th July, you can grab their iconic pork belly, beef short rib and vegan daikon baos for just £3.50 each. Covent Garden’s grandest dining room just got a glow-up. Following a redesign by Martin Brudnizki, the NoMad Hotel’s restaurant has reopened as Twenty8 NoMad – a lighter, more relaxed take on NYC-style dining. Expect jumbo prawn cocktails with dipping salts, mussels in zingy green curry sauce, chicken Milanese for two, and a nostalgic dessert list featuring giant pretzel ice cream. Festival season’s heating up and BST is bringing serious star power to Hyde Park this weekend.
