GET A CULTURE FIX:

Winters Past at Museum of the Home

Hoxton’s Museum of the Home is one of our favourite hidden gems in the capital. Its ‘Rooms Through Time’ – which show how interiors and British households have changed over the centuries – have been restyled for ‘Winter Past’, an exhibition offering new sounds, sights and stories across the room sets. Each room reveals how winter has changed London homes through the last 400 years, exploring what migration has brought to the city's homes – from decor to food. Plus, don't miss your last chance to see its 1870s to 1990s rooms, which will be temporarily closing in January 2024 to make way for a new project.
