GET SOME R&R:

ARC

Ex-Soho House director Chris Miller is launching Arc, the UK’s first contrast therapy studio, in Canary Wharf this week, with a second site planned for Marylebone later in 2025. A partnership with medical neuroscientist Dr Alanna Kit, Arc will be home to the UK’s largest sauna and icy-cold baths, and offer classes like ‘Inner Warrior’ and ‘Dopamine Reset’ (£28 each). Each will combine the proven benefits of contrast therapy – reduced inflammation, faster recovery and mood elevation – with additional social spaces on site for the ‘sober curious’ generation to find new ways to connect.
