The ever-popular Coppa Club Igloos are back. Located between Tower Bridge and the Shard, the igloos provide one of the cosiest winter set-ups in town. Guests can get settled into the Scandinavian sleek surroundings, with sheepskin rugs, fluffy blankets and a twinkly night sky – a great way to warm up and chill out after a day in the city. New for this year, Coppa is teaming up with gin brand Sipsmith to create a special winter gin cocktail menu. This year, we hear, it’s all about the hot gins and gin-gerbread men. Make sure to book now – these sell out every year.

Kate Moss, Gillian Anderson, Eddie Redmayne, Jean Shrimpton, Sam Smith, Daniel Radcliffe, Susie Cave and Iskra Lawrence have donated personal items to a new Sue Ryder pop-up shop at Bonham’s Auction House. The shop, which will be open for one day only this Friday, will be selling a range of clothing, accessories and curios to raise money for the charity. Sue Ryder supports people through the most difficult times of their lives, whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition. We’ve got our eye on Kate Moss’s signed coffee-table tome Kate by Kate Moss.

Following the success of Harry’s Dolce Vita, Harry’s Bar has launched at buzzy St Christopher’s Place. Inspired by its namesake – the Mayfair private members’ club that opened on South Audley Street in the 1970s – the 150-seat restaurant mixes 1950s glamour with all-day dining to create a stylish spot for breakfasts, post-work drinks and dinner. Brand new is the team’s Bacari menu, a selection of tasty treats and drinks served between 4-7pm each day. Negronis, Aperol Spritz and prosecco can be paired up with the likes of salted ricotta, pine nuts, zucchini and mint salad on bruschetta. Perfect for a post-work (or post-shopping) pick-me-up.

Esteemed Welsh chef Bryn Williams is celebrating the ten-year anniversary of his Primrose Hill restaurant, Odette’s. A neighbourhood institution since 1978, the site came under the ownership and direction of Williams in 2008. To celebrate the milestone, the chef is offering an exclusive £10 two-course lunch menu to say thank you to customers, plus an anniversary menu that showcases a selection of hit dishes from over the years. Expect the likes of curried scallop, cauliflower and coconut soup, and salted grapes: a dish that featured on the menu from 2008-2011, this is the favourite of a couple who have frequented Odette’s every Friday for the past decade.

A one-woman (and her dog) show by Golden Globe-nominated actress and film-maker Isabella Rossellini, Link Link is a theatrical lecture with a comic twist. The surreal new show is inspired by the animal world and based on scientific research. Rossellini transforms herself into Aristotle, René Descartes, a medieval theologian, Harvard Professor BF Skinner and Charles Darwin to explore, in her own unique way, what distinguishes humans from animals. She is joined on stage by her dog Pan, an outstanding supporting artist, who helps to turn Link Link into a little circus.

The Ivy Tower Bridge is celebrating London Literature Festival with a number of cocktails inspired by a selection of iconic novelists. Created in collaboration with Bacardi, the limited-edition cocktails will include ‘The Golden Goose’ by The Brothers Grimm; ‘Alice In Wonderland’ by Lewis Carroll; ‘Don Quixote’ by Cervantes; and 'On The Road’ by Jack Kerouac. We like the sound of the ‘Alice In Wonderland’: Bombay Sapphire gin Fever-Tree Elderflower tonic and a dash of Ivy 1917 breakfast tea, in a nod to the fairy tale’s Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.

GET YOUR SKATES ON HERE: John Lewis Oxford Street

Following on from its lively Summer of Sound on the Roof, John Lewis & Partners has launched the ultimate winter hideaway in collaboration with Sipsmith Gin. The winter rooftop draws inspiration from the hedonistic frost fairs that took place on the frozen River Thames during the cold months of the 17th-century, when shop owners would set up stalls selling hot gin. Along with a complete makeover, for the first time ever the venue will host its own skating rink allowing visitors to practice their pirouettes right on the roof. Background Bars will be on hand, serving a variety of winter-themed tipples such as mulled apple punch and chamomile fizz.
