There’s something in it for you, too – snap a photograph of yourself with the display using the hashtag #MondrianBirthdayBlast and you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win an overnight stay at the hotel’s penthouse suite, complete with breakfast at Laurel’s on the roof, dinner at its BiBo restaurant and welcome cocktails.

Adventure Cinema – Spooktacular

Adventure Cinema is getting ready to celebrate all things ‘spooky’ at Osterley Park. Screenings will take place from 29th to 31st October, but tickets sell out fast, so get yours now to avoid disappointment. Choose your food and drink from one of the many stalls, then cosy up under blankets to watch the movie. The first film is The Lost Boys – a vampire classic starring Kiefer Sutherland and Corey Feldman – and it’s followed by Hocus Pocus and The Shining. TRY A NEW WORKOUT:

Haymarket Hotel With Aqua Physical

If you’re bored of traditional high intensity interval training (HIIT), give FloatFit a go this weekend at the Haymarket Hotel. Combining yoga-inspired moves with popular HIIT moves, everything happens on the water – on top of a specially designed board called the Aquabase. It’s not for the fainthearted, but it’s guaranteed to work your entire body. Classes are only 30 minutes, and should be followed by a post-recovery brunch in the hotel’s Brumus restaurant – think poached eggs, baked waffles, sweetcorn chilli fritters and fresh fruit.
