Delivery options
Standard delivery within the UK is entirely free on all orders, regardless of how much you spend or whether you are a loyalty club member. Orders are dispatched using tracked courier services, typically DPD or Royal Mail.
Returns policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return unworn items for a refund or exchange. Returns are completely free for UK customers. You can use the prepaid returns label included in your parcel to send items back via post, or you can return online purchases in person to a standalone Rodd & Gunn retail lodge (note that department store concessions will not accept online returns). All items must have their original tags attached.

Does Rodd & Gunn offer a student discount?
Rodd & Gunn does not currently offer a dedicated student discount. However, students can still secure a 10% discount on full-priced items by signing up for the free Rodd & Gunn Loyalty Club.
Is there an NHS or Blue Light discount?
Currently, Rodd & Gunn does not participate in the Blue Light Card scheme or offer an exclusive discount for NHS staff. Healthcare workers can instead join the brand's loyalty programme to claim an automatic 10% discount on their orders.
Do Rodd & Gunn clothes come with a warranty?
Yes. Rodd & Gunn provides a 2-Year Guarantee on all their goods. This covers any faults in workmanship or materials, allowing you to return the item for a replacement or repair if it fails during normal use within that timeframe.
Can I use my loyalty discount on sale items?
If you are on the entry-level Loyalty tier, your 10% discount only applies to full-priced styles. However, if you have reached the Gold or Platinum tiers, you are entitled to use your discount on top of promotional and sale prices.
How to use your discount codes
- Browse the Rodd & Gunn website and add your chosen menswear or accessories to your shopping bag.
- Click the bag icon at the top right of the screen to review your selected items.
- Proceed to the checkout page. (If you are using a Loyalty Club discount, ensure you are logged into your account so the savings apply automatically).
- If you have a separate promotional code, locate the designated "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" field on the payment screen.
- Enter your voucher code exactly as it appears.
- Click "Apply" to deduct the discount from your order total.
- Finalise your delivery details and complete the payment.
